Melting Cactus Riso Print

A print inspired by a cactus out in my grandpa's front yard. It's a purple prickly pear, usually, but when basking in the sunset, it feels more like this to me.

This is printed on a Risograph using four colors: Blue, Seafoam, Sunflower, and Fluorescent Pink.

Risograph printing is sort of like a screen printing machine. It prints each color as separate layers, one at a time, with soy ink. The result is super bright colors and interesting overlays, but there's also a level of unpredictability with the process. Each print can be slightly unique, but that's part of the charm of the Risograph.

It is printed on white Neenah 67lb. Vellum Bristol paper stock. Each print is signed and editioned.

The print will be shipped rolled up in a poster tube.
